Shipping policy

Product orders are currently delivered only within the United Arab Emirates. A flat AED 20 delivery charge is added at checkout.

After payment, orders move through paid, processing, and delivered states. Courier tracking is not provided through the website; customers may contact Tres Marias for delivery coordination.

Delivery times and any areas that cannot be served must be confirmed by the business before this policy is approved.
