Returns and refunds

Customers may request cancellation from their account before an order is delivered. Approved cancellations are refunded to the original Stripe payment method.

A whole-order return may be requested within seven days after Tres Marias marks the order delivered. The request is reviewed by staff; approved returns are refunded to the original payment method.

Product condition requirements, exclusions for opened personal-care items, and return transport responsibility require business and legal approval before launch.
